Not sure if my job search activity counts

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. It has been a long 26 weeks. My state says to keep records for a year. Do interviews and workshops count?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
