Not sure if my job search activity counts

I have been applying to about 9 jobs a week as an HR coordinator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have been trying to stay organised about it. My state says to keep records for a year. What do you record?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
