Not sure if my job search activity counts - 8 weeks in

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. I worked as a customer-service rep before this. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
