Not sure if my job search activity counts - 8 weeks in

I have been applying to about 13 jobs a week as a procurement assistant, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. My state says to keep records for a year. Do interviews and workshops count?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
