Not sure if my job search activity counts - 8 months and counting

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. What do you record?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
