Not sure if my job search activity counts

I have been applying to about 14 jobs a week as a retail manager, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. My state says to keep records for a year. What do you record?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
