Not sure if my job search activity counts - 7 months and counting

I have been applying to about 4 jobs a week as an administrative assistant, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
