Not sure if my job search activity counts - 7 months and counting

I have been applying to about 3 jobs a week as a customer-service rep, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
