Not sure if my job search activity counts

I am keeping a spreadsheet of applications, but I worry it is not what the agency expects. Any experience at all would help. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
