Not sure if my job search activity counts

I have been applying to about 12 jobs a week as a procurement assistant, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I worked as a procurement assistant before this. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
