Not sure if my job search activity counts

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. I worked as an IT help-desk technician before this. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. What do you record?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
