Not sure if my job search activity counts - 5 weeks in

I have been applying to about 9 jobs a week as a data-entry clerk, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
