Not sure if my job search activity counts

I have been applying to about 12 jobs a week as a hotel front-desk agent, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. This is my first time dealing with any of this. My state says to keep records for a year.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
