Not sure if my job search activity counts - 4 months and counting

I have been applying to about 8 jobs a week as an accounts payable clerk, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been weighing on me all week. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Has anyone been audited?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
