Not sure if my job search activity counts - 3 weeks in

I have been applying to about 7 jobs a week as a web developer, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. Do interviews and workshops count?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
