Not sure if my job search activity counts - 3 weeks in

I have been applying to about 6 jobs a week as a pharmacy technician, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. It has been a long 3 weeks. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
