Not sure if my job search activity counts - 26 weeks in

I have been applying to about 15 jobs a week as an insurance claims processor, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I also did a résumé workshop at the library. What do you record?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
