Not sure if my job search activity counts - 2 months and counting

I have been applying to about 4 jobs a week as a warehouse supervisor, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I also did a résumé workshop at the library.

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
