Not sure if my job search activity counts - 2 months and counting

I have been applying to about 13 jobs a week as a forklift operator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Has anyone been audited?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.
