Not sure if my job search activity counts

I have been applying to about 13 jobs a week as a project coordinator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. My state says to keep records for a year. Do interviews and workshops count?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
