Not sure if my job search activity counts - 16 weeks in

I have been applying to about 3 jobs a week as an operations analyst, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
