Not sure if my job search activity counts - 13 months and counting

I have been applying to about 12 jobs a week as a sales associate, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
