Not sure if my job search activity counts - 13 months and counting

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. My state says to keep records for a year.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
