Not sure if my job search activity counts - 12 weeks in

I have been applying to about 17 jobs a week as a paralegal, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
