Not sure if my job search activity counts - 12 weeks in

I have been applying to about 12 jobs a week as a welding apprentice, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. Thank you in advance. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Do interviews and workshops count?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
