Not sure if my job search activity counts - 11 weeks in

I have been applying to about 11 jobs a week as a machine operator, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some days I only network by email or attend a job fair. Has anyone been audited?

I record the date, the company, the job title, how I applied and any contact name. It takes a minute each and it covered me when I was asked for proof.

Screenshots of the submitted application are handy backup when a posting disappears.
