Not sure if my job search activity counts - 11 months and counting

I have been applying to about 5 jobs a week as a welding apprentice, but I am unsure what my state wants in the log. I am in Boston, in case local advice matters. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

Check the handbook on your state's claim site. It lists what counts in my state, and workshops were on the list.
