Not sure if my job search activity counts - 10 weeks in

The certification asks how many work-search activities I did and I do not know what qualifies. Any experience at all would help. My state says to keep records for a year. Has anyone been audited?

I was asked for my log once, after six months. Having it in a spreadsheet made it painless.
