My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - what worked for you?

I applied for unemployment in Tampa 12 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
