My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - what worked for you?

I applied for unemployment in Buffalo 11 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. Any experience at all would help. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

When I finally got through, the agent said my employer had responded late. Once that cleared, back pay came in one payment.
