My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - what worked for you?

I was laid off as a call-centre agent and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Mine took about 13 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
