My first unemployment payment still has not arrived - what worked for you?

I filed my claim 15 weeks ago after being let go as a teaching assistant. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Keep certifying every week even while you wait. If they find you eligible, the weeks you certified are the ones that count.

Mine took about 15 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.
