My first unemployment payment still has not arrived (update)

I filed my claim 12 weeks ago after being let go as an HR coordinator. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
