My first unemployment payment still has not arrived (update)

I was laid off as an insurance claims processor and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Mine took about 8 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.
