My first unemployment payment still has not arrived (update)

I filed my claim 25 weeks ago after being let go as a warehouse supervisor. I am in Louisville, in case local advice matters. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub.

When I finally got through, the agent said my employer had responded late. Once that cleared, back pay came in one payment.
