My first unemployment payment still has not arrived (update)

I applied for unemployment in Boston 23 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. Thank you in advance. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
