My first unemployment payment still has not arrived (update)

I was laid off as a welding apprentice and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. It has been a long 10 weeks. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. Is there a step I could have missed?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Mine took about 10 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.
