My first unemployment payment still has not arrived (update)

I was laid off as an operations analyst and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I worked as an operations analyst before this. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.
