My first unemployment payment still has not arrived (update)

I filed my claim 11 weeks ago after being let go as an event coordinator. I am in Boise, in case local advice matters. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

When I finally got through, the agent said my employer had responded late. Once that cleared, back pay came in one payment.
