My first unemployment payment still has not arrived (update)

I filed my claim 24 weeks ago after being let go as an office manager. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. Is there a step I could have missed?

Mine took about 24 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.

Keep certifying every week even while you wait. If they find you eligible, the weeks you certified are the ones that count.
