My first unemployment payment still has not arrived (update)

I applied for unemployment in Buffalo 12 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I am in Buffalo, in case local advice matters. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
