My first unemployment payment still has not arrived (update)

I filed my claim 7 weeks ago after being let go as a pharmacy technician. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Is there a step I could have missed?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
