My first unemployment payment still has not arrived (update)

I was laid off as a customer-service rep and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date.

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Mine took about 19 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.
