My first unemployment payment still has not arrived (Tucson)

I applied for unemployment in Tucson 25 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
