My first unemployment payment still has not arrived, security officer here

I was laid off as a security officer and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. Thank you in advance. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. What would you check first?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
