My first unemployment payment still has not arrived (San Diego)

I was laid off as a school bus driver and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
