My first unemployment payment still has not arrived (Richmond)

I filed my claim 16 weeks ago after being let go as a warehouse supervisor. It has been weighing on me all week. The page shows my claim as open but no payment date. Has anyone been through this? How long did it take in the end?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
