My first unemployment payment still has not arrived, procurement assistant here

I applied for unemployment in Buffalo 14 weeks ago and the status page still says pending. It has been a long 14 weeks. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
