My first unemployment payment still has not arrived (Pittsburgh)

I was laid off as a store manager and filed right away, and I have been certifying every week. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I answered every question and uploaded my final pay stub. Is there a step I could have missed?

Mine took about 3 weeks because of an identity check I did not notice. Look for a message or a letter you may have missed in your online account.
