My first unemployment payment still has not arrived, office manager here

I filed my claim 2 weeks ago after being let go as an office manager. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I called the state line four times and only reached a recording. What would you check first?

Check the messages section of your claim, not just the dashboard. That is where my request for more information was hiding.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
